Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Roofer Contractor Marketing does not offer refunds. Marketing Services are billed at the beginning of each month. If you are not interested in using our services, we ask for a 30 days notice from the next billing period.
Once you give your 30 day’s notice, our services stop after the next billing cycle.
Example A:
- Marketing services bill on the 3rd of each month. You give your notice on February 1st.
- 30 days from February 1st is March 2nd.
- Final billing is February 3rd.
Example B:
- Marketing services bill on the 16th of each month. You give your notice on April 19th.
- 30 days from April 19th is May 19th.
- We bill on May 16th.
- Final billing is on June 16th.
We don’t ask for any contracts because we are performance based. If we’re doing a great job, we know you will continue to use our services.
If we are not providing you with excellent services, we give you the opportunity to cancel, without a contract. Just send us an email, telling us you will no longer be using our services, and giving your 30 day notice. Our services and billing will end 30 days after the next billing cycle.
